The perfect match Xtra stars and authentic to the core, Emmanuel Ankrah (Drill) and Rose Owusu Konadu (Rosey), have been gifted with two expensive latest MacBooks running into thousands of Ghana Cedis.

Where do they see this money? Sometimes this is the question we normally ask when we see this couple’s fanbase with such a gift to them. There was this hilarious post our team chanced on recently where it said, ‘Normally they borrow money,’ says one post, in order to show off. Another also wrote, “They are ritualists.”

All these jokes made us realize that all of these fanbases of Rosey and Drill were three-fold: Drisey for the couples, Rosettes for Rosey, and Drillex for Drill are the real ‘Odogwus’. And all of them pull for the couple anytime they so desire; that is why they are called the ‘Talk and Do’ fanbase.

Fast checking, we went to Apple’s site, where we have noticed that the price for this Apple MacBook Pro M3 is very expensive—over $2000 for one.

Beginning with the release date last month, July 2024, to the website price for an M3 Pro 14-inch Liquid Retina XDR display² with 18GB Unified Memory and 512GB SSD Storage¹ at $1,999, and for an M3 Pro 14-inch Liquid Retina XDR display² with 18GB Unified Memory and 1TB SSD Storage¹ at $2,399.

Thus, it makes a gig, and if they had bought 1TB ones, that should have cost them roughly GHC 37,000 plus for 1 and 2—74,000 plus Ghana Cedis. Here we are talking of almost $4,000 plus dollars from some people who called themselves some rich aunties.

Indeed, the just-ended PMXtra Season 2 products, Drill and Rosey, have the best fanbase ever in the history of the Ghana reality TV show. This is the first time it has ever happened.
