Prince Sadat Donates Logistics Worth 60K To NPP

Research Analyst at the Political Office of the President (Number 16), Prince Anuwar-Sadat Amadu has donated logistics worth over GH₵ 60,000 to the Upper West regional youth wing and some selected constituencies in the capital city on 1st December, 2020.

 

Announcing the donation in a Facebook post, he wrote, “Earlier today, I contributed my widow’s mite towards securing a second term for H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and also winning majority seats in the Upper West region for the NPP. In all, I donated 1,000 branded NPP T-Shirts, 2,200 pieces of nose mask, 100 magic cups (NPP branded mugs), 1,000 NPP branded face shields, 20,000 pieces of dummy ballot papers and 20,000 pieces of sanitizers”.

 

Receiving the items for the regional youth organizer, John Bosco Luri Tia, on behalf of the Upper West regional youth wing, Dr. Maximillian Kolbe Domapielle, promised that the regional youth wing will use the items judiciously to consolidate our gains in the region. He also used the opportunity to reiterate their commitment to ensure that Upper West Region votes massively for the President and the NPP Parliamentary Candidates come December 7th God willing.

 

The award-winning Law Student of the Wisconsin International University College law faculty, at separate events also donated 300 branded NPP T-Shirts, 12,000 pieces of dummy ballot papers and 3,000 pieces of hand sanitizers to the Dome/Kwabenya youth wing; and also, 150 branded NPP T-Shirts to the parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso North constituency in the Greater Accra region.

 

The Special Assistant to Alhaji Abubakar Abdul Rahman (ALHAJI SHORT), Member of Council of State and Board Chairman of Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing, in an interview with Wontumi TV said “the Upper West region is my home region; and has been where this dream was nurtured. It has been my place of acceptance and I think if Allah has blessed me in such a privileged position, it is not out of place to let it reach my home. I have been NPP by birth and I am privileged to belong to this great tradition. Chief Jatoe Kaleo is my paternal grandfather and Hon. B. K. Adama is my maternal grandfather. And I have been very proud of my roots.”

 

According to Mr. Sadat, the outstanding leadership and commitment demonstrated by President Akufo-Addo and the entire leadership of the party has made the regional youth wing attractive and promising. “We deserve a second term in office to do more for the country because we have done so much in terms of developmental projects and policy implementation. We need another term to consolidate our gains. And I see it as a direct responsibility for we the youth to deliver victory once more like we did in 2016,” he said.

 

He continued, “we have less than a week to the general election and being a politician, I know what goes into politics. Logistics are central to any political campaign and I know from experience that maintaining the momentum in these last few days will be critical in sustaining our gains. I also received the assurance from my regional youth Organiser to put to good use the logistics received.”

 

Prince Sadat as he is affectionately called also assured the NPP in the Upper West Region and the National Level of his maximum support to see victory for the ruling NPP.

 

“The gesture is aimed at enhancing the campaign activities of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the constituencies and the Region to retain President Akufo-Addo and win more seats for the NPP in the upcoming December 07, 2020 Elections.”
