Seasoned rapper Jude Lemfani Abaga better known as MI Abaga and his wife Eniola Mafe have spoken candidly about their battles with ADHD.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most prevalent neurodevelopmental disorders.
It is a condition that is characterized by impulsivity, hyperactivity, and trouble paying attention. It frequently starts in childhood and can continue until maturity.
It could also make social interactions challenging.
Speaking on the Aproko Doctor podcast, the rapper and his wife mentioned that “building the habit of communicating and understanding” has helped them deal with their ADHD.
The couple went on to say that they had a discussion and realized that “we were both ADHD.”
Eniola stated that she was 19 when she received her diagnosis and added that it affected her when she was in school.
She added that MI always fights through the noise in her head when they are speaking.
