Reputation Under Siege: Nana Nkansah Boadu Accused of Spreading Malicious Falsehoods Against Ashanti Regional Minister

The Ashanti Youth for Development (AYD) has issued a stern demand for an apology from Nana Nkansah Boadu, citing his egregious accusations against the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene. AYD vehemently asserts that Nana Nkansah Boadu’s claims of Dr. Amoakohene orchestrating chaos at the Ashanti Regional Council of State election are not only baseless but also defamatory.

Dr. Amoakohene, a distinguished medical professional and leader, has never had any interaction with Nana Nkansah Boadu, rendering the accusations utterly unfounded. Furthermore, the interview referenced by Nana Nkansah Boadu was actually granted by the Regional Chairman, and the issues mentioned are grossly inaccurate.

AYD emphasized that such reckless statements have far-reaching consequences, including damaging reputations, misleading the public, and undermining peace. The group urged Nana Nkansah Boadu to issue an immediate and unreserved apology for his wrongful accusations, warning that failure to do so may prompt Dr. Amoakohene to pursue legal action to seek redress.

In a bid to promote responsible political discourse, AYD advised that discussions should be guided by truth, fairness, and respect for individuals’ reputations. The group issued a stern warning that spreading falsehoods for personal or political gain will not be tolerated.
