Scores of Passengers Injured In Near-Fatal Accident at Suhum – Amanase

Many passengers were seriously injured in a near-fatal accident on the Suhum-Amanase stretch of the Accra to Kumasi highways of the Eastern Region.

The accident which occurred last night involved a Toyota Hiace with passengers on board from Kumasi heading to Accra and a Toyota Corolla taxi cab heading towards Suhum.

The Taxi was reportedly joining the road after buying fuel from a fuel filling station at Amanase.

The injured persons in both vehicles were rushed to Suhum Government Hospital.
