Stranded Ghanaian footballers in Ethiopia arrive in Ghana

The Ghanaian footballers who complained of being stranded in Ethiopia in a viral video have arrived in Ghana.

The footballers complained that they are stranded in Ethiopia where they ply their trade because their League has ended abruptly due to COVID-19.

In the late hour of Friday, a contingent of 21 players arrived in Ghana via Togo with a flight from Ethiopia.

Having arrived in Lomé, Togo, they were bussed to Prampram, Ghana where they will be quarantined at the Ghanaian Soccer of Excellence owned by the Ghana Football Association.
