Identical twin sisters Handi and Wanni  got emotional, breaking down in tears as they confronted a growing rift in their relationship during a very emotional moment on the reality show BBNaija Season 9.

This passionate and strongly bonded duo found themselves at loggerheads because Wanni’s budding romance with housemate Shaun was straining their previously unbreakable bond.

Feeling blue, Handi shared with her the emotions of loneliness and being neglected, saying she felt she was losing her sister to the new relationship.

Yesterday afternoon, Handi tried to talk it out with Wanni, whom she told to keep the game and final goal in mind: the prize they had gone into the house to win.

But quite obviously, for Handi, the emotional distance between the sisters was more distressing than just being a distraction from the competition.

“I feel like I’m losing you,” Handi confessed to Wanni, her voice cracking as she tried to explain how their dynamic had changed since Shaun’s came into the picture.

She indirectly was saying that before Shaun came into the scene, they used to do everything together, and now, with a man between the two of them, she felt utterly lonely.

This tension mounted to high drama last night when Handi tearfully confessed to Wanni that she felt like she was all alone and really misses her sister. Wanni felt that since her sister was vulnerable, she reassured her that her relationship with Shaun wouldn’t affect them, saying that what they shared remained the same.

“I promise you, nothing will change between us,” said Wanni as she hugged her sister with both of them crying.

She also spoke of how much she was missing the presence of Wanni—the fact that they had always slept beside each other and of the current situation, which made her feel abandoned.

It has been an emotional exchange, with viewers following the duo as they navigate up and down the BBNaija house as one.
