A video has surfaced online where some Ghanaians being quarantined after returning from abroad are complaining bitterly about the treatment being netted out to them.
According to the recorder of the video, he is a citizen of Ghana and so had freedom to move about.
He was exchanging words with some security personnel who were guarding them.
Another man under quarantine angrily showed up in the video and complained of the fact that they have not being briefed on what is going on.

right. It’s their constitutional rights to be informed as to why they are being restricted and for how long. You can’t just restrict people without informing them just because we are not in normal times. It’s their constitutional rights Art14(2)
