[Video] Military man makes stubborn driver crawl on his knees 30th March 2020

A military personnel stationed at Tema in the Tema Metropolitan Assembly has been captured disciplining a stubborn driver to crawl on his knees.

It is not clear what cause the punishment, but the military personnel looked really angry whiles addressing the driver who was crawling on his knees.
