VIDEO: Police officers flog student for faking kidnap just to extort money from his father

Rivers state police officers today flogged an undergraduate of the Rivers state University for faking his own kidnap. The student whose name is yet to be revealed, faked his own kidnap with the intention of extorting money from his father.
