A suspected thief, believed to be in his late 20s has been lynched at Nzema, specifically inside the Agric College School in the Kwadaso Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
The incident happened on Thursday’s dawn at the aforementioned location.
The assembly member of Agric Kokode Electoral Area, Hon. Wilson Sackey has confirmed the incident on Silver FM’s Omanbapa morning show hosted by Nana Kwabena Ampratwum.
Hon. Wilson disclosed on the show this morning monitored by Filasconews.com that, two young men alleged to be thieves came to the area to rob people.
Some youth got wind of the robbery incident and chased them out.
One escaped but luck eluded the other one, and the people lynched him.
The body of the deceased as at the time of filing this report was still in the school’s campus.
The police were yet to visit the incident scene.
