We are not importing new uniforms for JHS – GES

The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has debunked reports that it is importing new school uniforms for students in the Junior High School (JHS).

Casandra Twum Ampofo, PRO of the Service reacting to reports from the Textile Workers, said such claims are baseless and have no merit whatsoever.

“The GES wishes to state that it has not imported, neither has it contracted any individual, locally or internationally to bring in new uniforms for the JHS,” she said.
