Woman locked up in dog’s house for refusing to sleep with her boss

The story of Priscilla Wangechi from Muranga, who was locked up in a dog house for three days because she refused to do what her madam asked and sleep with her husband from behind, broke my heart.

Priscilla says she stopped going to school when her mother left for three years, leaving her with her one-year-old twin brothers and a father who didn’t interest them. Since she was the oldest, she was in charge of taking care of the twins.

In the fourth year, when her mother came back, she ran away and moved to Nairobi, where she got a job as a housekeeper. She said that everything was going well until one day when her boss confronted her and told her that he would give her a raise if she slept with her husband from behind. She refused, though.

The wife said that was fine, but she couldn’t let it happen because she thought it was wrong to have a sexual relationship with a married man when the husband got home before his wife.

The next morning, when her husband came home late and threatened to kill her if she didn’t sleep with him, she was able to get out of her room. She tried to run away, but the husband’s wife was standing at the gate, so she couldn’t.

When her boss and madam went to work in the morning and came back in the evening, they locked her in a dog house for three days.

On the third day, she screamed louder, and people walking by her house heard her. They helped her, which made it possible for her to go back home. She kept what had happened to her to herself and didn’t tell anyone else.

Priscilla says that it took her a while to get over her fear of men because she had been hurt in the past. Since then, she has told housekeeping girls to be proud of themselves and not give in to bad urges.
