Police in Muhoroni, Kisumu County, is holding four men suspected of brutally killing a 21-year-old man on Saturday night in a fight over a woman.
The deceased was hacked severally on his elbow, right thigh, buttocks, right ear and right hand were chopped off before the body was dumped along Tamu Muhoroni road.
According to police reports, the four were taking one for the road at a local joint before the bizarre attack.
It has emerged that the rogue suspects later followed him on his way home, using some sharp machetes they hacked him to death before taking him to their heels.
Lately, the number of shocking murders in society has increased to a worrying trend with questions raised as to what could be happening in society of late.
Most of these incidents have been a result of drug abuse.
