2-year-old boy watches, cries as mother commits suicide

The residents of Gathoge village in Kirinyaga county have been in sorry mood after a 2-year- old boy was found crying by the side after his mother committed suicide.

Following the reports from Nyeri Muhoro NewsHub, a middle aged woman committed suicide as her body was found dangling from the mango tree leaving her 2-year-old son crying by the side.

“Shock grips Gathoge village in Kirinyaga County after a middle aged woman commits suicide. Her body was found dangling from a Mango tree. She left her 2-yeqr-old son crying by the side,” the paper reported.

Following this, the security officers have called upon the residents to work with the police officers and anyone with any information which can help find what has pressurized the woman to commit suicide should get in touch with the police officers to help them complete the investigation.

Further the security officers have called upon the married couples to keep on communicating with each other and be willing to open up and reveal their challenges in order to get assistance as this will be a remedy to taking the suicide option.
