VIDEO: I started masturbating because of my ex-husband – Ghanaian songstress

Ghanaian singer iOna Reine has disclosed that she began masturbating while in marriage and almost considered dating women.

In an interview with Deloris on the Naked Truth Show, iOna stated that her ex-husband denied her sex while experiencing marital issues. As a result, she began watching pornographic materials and became addicted to them. According to iOna Reine, she did not want extramarital affairs with other men but needed to satisfy her sexual pleasures.

“When you’re married, you’re married. It doesn’t matter whether you’re having problems. It’s not a good enough reason to sleep with other people. So from watching porn, I needed to practically enjoy it on my body. I started touching myself. It works like a drug.

You may start with 5 milligrams, but it won’t work after a while. So you’d want to increase the dose. That thing is also an addiction. I graduated from rubbing my thighs to using a massager. I became addicted to it,” she said on SVTV AFRICA.

Speaking on the effects, iOna noted that she grew tired of it and “sometimes I fell sick for two days after masturbating. I can’t explain why but I felt sick and hollow. That’s when I decided to stop, but I could not.”

iOna began masturbating and watching porn five years ago but fought with herself on how to overcome the addiction. Eventually, she found Christ and gradually overcame the addiction.

According to iOna, she shared her journey with the world to encourage and give them hope to defeat it.
