Without Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, ‘breaking the 8’ remains a dream

We normally hear some NPP Surrogates, Sympathizers and Staunched Members projecting Alan Bawumia to lead our party to breaking the 8years Mantra ahead of us. We want to as matter of agency state it on record that, these erroneous impressions must be abrogated if we truly want to break the said eight as preached across the country.

It is in fact mind boggling, sad and we feel misty-eyes when we sigh section of rank and file of the party trying very hard to settle on these two people in our quest to maintain political power for the party knowing very well that, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto’s chances of winning the upcoming presidential elections slated to take effect on November this year 2023 is unmatched and a done deal.

The irony part of this whole debacle about Alan Bawumia factor is based on the fact that, after raining all manner of insults on the assiduous former agriculture minister, coming back has become a problem and they are very much aware that, Alan Bawumia cannot lead the party just like putting a square in a round hole.

In short, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto remains the best leader of all the aspirants anticipating to lead the New Patriotic Party come 2024 and he is the biggest asset Ghana has ever produced.
