Atwima Nwabiagya North Constituency NPP Secretary Mr. Raphael Osei Owusu has been given a new appointment in the party to serve at the regional level.
Mr. Osei Owusu is now the Ashanti Regional Communications Team bureau Secretary. The appointment comes after a change of the Ashanti Regional Communications Team leadership as part of the newly appointed regional communications Director, Dennis Kwakwa’s strategy to beef up the communication bureau in the party’s stronghold.
Ralph as he’s affectionately called will replace Mr. Jimmy Boachie-Ansah who has now been moved to the Communications research team.
Raphael Osei Owusu is a tutor by profession and holds a Masters of Public Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology( KNUST) and also a Masters Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Education, Winneba.
Ralph is currently a Law student at the faculty of Law , KNUST.
