Bridget Otoo exposed for trying to drag Bawumia into Galamsey saga

Broadcast journalist Bridget Otoo has been called out for attempting to drag Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia into the leaked explosive “galamsey” report by Professor Frimpong Boateng, which has accused many stalwarts of the governing New Patriotic Party(NPP) of being involved in illegal mining.

Following the leakage of the report on the activities of the erstwhile Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining ( IMCIM) authored by its Chairperson Professor Frimpong Boateng, several high-ranking NPP have been refuting claims contained in the report.

In a social media post, Bridget Otoo sought to implicate Dr. Bawumia in the alleged scandal. But a reading of the 37-page report does not name or suggest his involvement in illegal mining whatsoever.

Some critics who would not accept the propaganda of the Pro-NDC journalist, have taken her on compelling her to take down the post.
