Ghana’s young couple and Reality TV stars Rose Owusu Konadu and Emmanuel Ankrah, better known as Rosey and Drill, respectively, entered the Top African Chart for the second week as part of the most talked about celebrities making waves in Africa.
Last week, the duo entered the African Top Chart for the first time, peaking at 33 and 34 positions, respectively, after their numerous data collections from the major social media proved that they deserved to be on the Social Chart Top 100 of the most talked-about celebrities in Africa.
After the release of this week’s chart, Drill and Rosey were able to climb from the 30s to the 15 and 16 spots, respectively. This is a significant accomplishment, and if they keep going at this rate, they will break records.
Drill and Rosey (Drisey) have the potential to break the record for the longest continuous chart stay if they continue to with their daily trends. Other top Ghanaian artists and celebrities have reached the top spot on the chart in the past.
For Drill and Rosey to appear on the social chart for two weeks straight, it comes with the daily buzz on Ghanaian Twitter trends, Google, Facebook, and Instagram, with the effort of their fanbase both at home (Ghana) and the rest of Africa pushing hard for them.

Rosey, on this week’s social chart, moved up to number 15 for the first time, gearing towards a single digit soon. For the first time ever, the Drillex-led Drill peaked at 15th place on the list of the most talked-about celebrities of the week, moving from the previous 34th position.
