The honorarium came in recognition of her hard work and consistent dedication towards humanity and society as a beauty queen.

Miss Lamptey expressed her deepest gratitude to the organizers for the honor.

“Beauty queens are the eyes and ears of leaders and stateholders in society. Ghana unfortunately is not a pageantry celebrating country so we barely get the support we need to contribute to society the way we want to. I am glad I have been able to do the little I can and I am humbled for the recognition I look forward to doing more against all odds.”
