Ejisu By-Election, Maame Yaa Aboagye Calls on NPP delegates to vote for her to continue John kumah’s good works

Maame Yaa Aboagye, a vibrant businesswoman in the petroleum industry who has experience as a downstream consultant and is a leading contender in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) primary in Ejisu, scheduled for Saturday, April 13, 2024, has made an impassioned plea to the party’s delegates to cast their votes for her to secure the seat and carry on the good works started by the late MP, Dr. John Ampontuah Kumah.

Maame Yaa, who has been endorsed by the majority of market participants, key stakeholders, and the delegates in the Ejisu constituency, made this appeal on Saturday, April 6, 2024, following her successful vetting by the party’s election committee.

She said that because she had followed the late MP’s activities, she was aware of Dr. John Kumah’s abilities and his efforts to promote local development in Ejisu which is dear to her heart to continue when given the mandate to serve.

Among the nine contenders vying for the Ejisu seat, Maame Yaa Aboagye was positioned ninth on the ballot paper.
