Prostate cancer, other diseases ejaculation prevent from men

How often should a man ejaculate? Most people relate ejaculation to getting an orgasm. However, there are times men get to orgasm but fail to release semen. Several people ask the question of how often should a man ejaculates to be expected. Ejaculation has some health benefits, and scientifically speaking it is good for men health. Science recommend that on the average, a man is supposed to ejaculating at least 21 times a month. Below are some benefits for meeting the above target.

During ejaculation, the heart rate increases, and the lungs beat faster, increasing blood flow in the vessels. Increased blood flow helps maintain stable blood pressure and thus reducing the chances of cardiovascular diseases. Studies have shown that men who have sex at least three times a week have a low probability of getting heart diseases than men who have sex once a month or abstain.

Scientists have also proven that ejaculation lowers the chances of prostate cancer. Studies show that men who ejaculate at least 21 times in a month, whether through sex or masturbation, have a 31% lower risk of getting prostate cancer.

Aside from reducing the risk of prostate cancer, ejaculating frequently also comes with its share of benefits to the body at large. These other health benefits include: increased function in the immune system, more relaxed sleep state, less stress and improved feelings of pleasure, and lower blood pressure. So if ever feel worried about the health repercussions of releasing semen excessively, don’t fret.
