Salmon are only one of the many fish that may be found in Nigeria’s many rivers and other bodies of water. The health advantages of salmon are especially significant for the elderly population. Essential nutrients for warding off age-related diseases like Alzheimer’s include vitamins, potassium, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. The flavor of cooked salmon is also pleasant.
