How Many Bananas Should A Person Eat In A Day?

Bananas are among the most popular fruits around the globe. They are very tasteful and equally nutritious. They contain carbohydrates, fiber, manganese, potassium, vitamins B6, C, among others.

According to Healthline, a medium size banana, about ( 118 g) contain about 105 calories, 27 g of carbs, 1 g of proteins, 3 g of fiber, 0.3 g of fats, vitamins B6, C, potassium, magnesium and manganese.

It also contain various plant compounds that could reduce a person’s risk of chronic diseases. It is actually healthy to include banana as part of your daily fruits intake.

But how many bananas should a person take in a day? According to Healthline, too much of anything is not good. This includes things that are equally good. Taking too much of banana may mean taking too much carbs which may result in weight increase.

This may also result in deficiciency in other food nutrients if it is not combined with a good source of proteins and fats. According to the popular health body one or two bananas in a day is good for a healthy person.

You may combine your banana with peanut butter, peanut itself or walnuts and eggs. Bear in mind that human body does not need too much of any nutrient rather a combination of many food nutrients to make a balanced diet.

So it may not be proper to overload your body with one food nutrient rather taking many food nutrients in moderation may produce the best result which is a balanced diet.
