Allotey Jacobs is a “schemer” – Ama Benyiwa Doe

Former Member of Parliament for Gomoa West, Ama Benyiwa Doe has described the embattled former NDC Chairman of Central Region, Bernard Nii Allotey Jacobs as a “schemer”.

According to her, the former Chairman was nothing until he joined the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

She claimed that Bernard Allotey Jacobs did not do any formal work before joining the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and that it was the National Democratic Congress (NDC) that gave him a name and a future.

Commenting on the suspension of Allotey Jacobs by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) the former Central Regional Minister expressed joy and said that she danced in excitement when she heard the news of the suspension.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) yesterday suspended Bernard Allotey Jacobs for what they described as “persistent anti-party conduct.”

In a letter signed by the Chairman of the party, Hon. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, the party suspended the former Chairman after a meeting by the Functional Executive Committee (FEC) on Wednesday.

Responding to the suspension, Ama Benyiwa Doe said, Allotey Jacobs never worked anywhere in his entire life. lt’s NDC that made him so. Allotey Jacobs is a schemer. I was working at the University of Ghana before joining politics. I was dancing at home when i heard the news of the suspension.”
