Dumsor is back, give us a timetable – Minority

The Ranking Member on the Mines and Energy Committee, Adam Mutawakilu says dumsor is back but the government has failed to provide a timetable so Ghanaians would be aware.

According to him, Ghana is currently experiencing load shedding due to what he termed as the incompetence of the current administration.

He told Rainbow Radio’s parliamentary correspondent Philomina Blankson that recent power outages are a reflection of the financial troubles facing the energy sector due to government’s mismanagement of the sector.

He has therefore asked the government to with immediate effect provide government with a timetable.

Adam Mutawakilu said a load shedding timetable should be announced to at least help consumers plan their activities and the use of electricity.
