“Extend The Time For Convenient Registration,”- CPP

The former Ashanti regional chairman of the Convention Peoples Party, Mr A. S Osei Yaw, has called on the Electoral Commission to extend the period of registration for safer and comfortable process.

According to him, the EC is aware of all challenges facing the registration, therefore wondering its refusal to take prompt action against that.

While addressing the press, he stated, the EC has become adamant to the calls to extend the period since it has plotted to rig the process to favour a particular political party.

Adding to the story, the astute politician noted that parents should avoid allowing their children who have not attained the age of eighteen to register their names in the ongoing limited registration exercise, adding it will have repercussions on their future.
