Police nab alleged Top Kings land guards

The Accra Regional Police has swiftly made arrest of alleged Top Kings armed land guards over a parcel of land at Adjiringanor, near East legon in Accra.

The security personnel acted on a tip off after a Peace FM’s news item on Tuesday.

The alleged heavily armed land guards from Top Kings announced their intensions of preventing workers of Empire Builders from working on their legitimately acquired land at the said area.

The alleged land guards are currently at Police Regional Command, assisting the Police with investigations.

The two real estate owners -Empire Builders and Top Kings have over two decades engaged in a legal tussle over some parcels of land.
And despite the Supreme Court rulings spelling out in clear terms who owns where? Top Kings after developing their 62 acres awarded them by the court and developed it into Kings Cottage, are still not satisfied with the ruling and keep using alleged land guards to frustrate workers of Empire Builders.
Meanwhile, it has emerged that large catchers of weapon was recovered from the alleged land guards at the time of arrest
