On Saturday 13 September 2025, JNR JM had the distinct pleasure of joining his distinguished colleagues from the NDC’s Greater Accra Regional Communications team at JD Lodge in Oyibi, as they gathered to bid farewell and celebrate the newly sworn-in Ghana Ambassador to Brazil, Hon. Nii Amasah Namoale.
This jubilant gathering was a vivid indication to the admiration and respect that Ambassador Namoale, a former MP for La Dade Kotopon Constituency, has earned among his among NDC members and constituents.
Comrades, as a seasoned politician and administrator, Ambassador Namoale brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously served as a Deputy Minister for Agriculture during the Mills/Mahama administration’s first term. Indeed, his impressive tenure as a Director at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture has undoubtedly prepared him for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
Gleefully, as a proud son of La Tro Akwadu, I am thrilled to see Ambassador Namoale’s appointment and commend his dedication to public service.
During the celebration, JNR JM seized the opportunity to engage in a fruitful discussion with the Ambassador about future opportunities in Brazil and how best to leverage them for the benefit of Ghana. Led by Comrade Shamsu Shaibu, the delegation wished Ambassador Namoale a successful tenure and pledged their unflinching support and prayers as he embarks on this new chapter in his career.
Ultimately, as Ambassador Namoale prepares to depart for Brazil, his colleagues and well-wishers are filled with optimism and enthusiasm, knowing that his appointment will undoubtedly strengthen Ghana’s diplomatic relations and foster new opportunities for growth and development.
