Feeling betrayed and disrespected – McJunior Handler speaks out of non payment and logs out without warning

McJunior Handler, by name Mnyandu, voiced his frustration at being logged out without any prior communication, feeling betrayed and disrespected after he handled his social media throughout the season.

Mnyandu shares his frustration after he realises that, the winner of BBMzansi season IV McJunior has logged him out of all the social media platforms and changed passwords. He narrated how McJunior’s sister approached him to handle the accounts when they didn’t someone most and promised to pay him after the show.

All promises made to him were unfulfilled, and later one found that McJunior had taken over without any communication. And his sister, who knows the genesis of everything, now doesn’t care, including Mc’s parents. Mnayndu took to social media to share his story, so people will know what has happened to him as a handler who took him to victory.

Dear valued supporters,

It is with a heavy heart that I address you today. As many of you know, I had the privilege of managing McJunior’s social media accounts during his time in the Big Brother Mzansi house. What started as a gesture of support for his family, who were struggling to find affordable social media management, has turned into a deeply disappointing situation.

McJunior’s sister approached me to handle his social media accounts, knowing that other social media handlers charged exorbitant fees. I agreed to manage his accounts with the understanding that I would be compensated once he was out of the house. Tessa, whom I had previously worked with on one of the housemate’s brand, joined me to handle Instagram while I managed other platforms.

Throughout McJunior’s journey, we worked tirelessly to ensure his brand’s success. Despite the usual challenges that come with any workplace, we maintained a professional relationship with McJunior’s family and even developed a friendship with his girlfriend.

While McJunior was in the house, his sister made sure we had the necessary resources, including data and occasional funds for snacks. It was always clear that our payment would come once McJunior won, and both his sister and girlfriend were aware of this arrangement.

After McJunior’s victory, I was even appointed as his PR for a few days. However, things took a turn for the worse when I was suddenly blocked on WhatsApp without any explanation. Despite reaching out, I received no response.

What’s truly heartbreaking is that even though I considered McJunior’s girlfriend a friend, she has remained silent during this ordeal. Both Tessa and I were assured that we would be compensated, but now we are met with radio silence.

The passwords to the social media accounts were changed without our knowledge, and McJunior’s sister has distanced herself from the situation entirely. Tessa and I drafted our invoices and sent them via McJunior’s email two weeks ago, yet we have received no response.

What hurts the most is not just the lack of payment but the lack of communication and respect. Despite our efforts and dedication, McJunior has shown no interest in resolving this matter. His responses have been rude, and he has shown no concern for the promises made to us.

I release this statement with a heavy heart, not to cause drama, but to shed light on a situation that has left me feeling betrayed and disrespected. I would have appreciated a simple conversation or at least a timeline for payment.
