Prophet Badu Kobi is a thief – Kennedy Agyapong flares up

Founder of the Glorious Wave Chapel, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi is not only foolish but a thief according lawmaker for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has said.

“Who is anointed? This foolish man….Anointed for who? Tell us who anointed him? Go and check his history he is a thief who parades as a pastor. At first they were into pure juju and lately used God’s name to defraud people”, he revealed.

He observes that there are a few Churches including the Catholic Church that does not capitalize on the gullibility of Ghanaians to make money wondering where the senses of most women who patronize these churches have gone to.

“If you want to go to church go to Catholic Church.at least you will know what they will use your money for. Methodist will show you, Anglican will show you and Presbyterian will show you but these one man churches won’t. We cannot allow religion to impede the progress of this nation”, he disclosed on Net 2 TV dialogue monitored by MyNewsGh.com.

According to him, the likes Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi are amassing wealth at the expense of the ignorant in society urging women who fall victims to his schemes to wise up.

“They are using God’s name and everybody is afraid. We should tax the pastors. We may not tax the church itself but the pastors must pay taxes. Every worker of the Church should pay tax. Let as ask if they pay taxes. I am so disappointed in Ghanaians women. I asked them”, he said.
